Delivery & returns
Delivery. Free next working day delivery to mainland UK on every order. Order by 12pm Monday to Friday and it is delivered by FedEx the next working day. For delivery outside mainland UK, please contact us before ordering.
Returns. You can return any item within 30 days of delivery, in its original packaging. If there is nothing wrong with the product, return postage is paid by you. If it arrives damaged or develops a fault, we cover the return postage and put it right.
Refunds. Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return. To start a return, email office@jrtproducts.co.uk with your order number.
